Can You Get a Medical Certificate on the Weekend in Australia?

You may be able to get a weekend online medical certificate through an available telehealth doctor when regular clinics are closed. The Fair Work Act 2009 does not distinguish between certificates issued on weekdays vs weekends, both carry equal legal weight as evidence of personal leave.
