You generally won't select a specific doctor in advance. When you book with OMC Health, we match your consultation request with an available doctor from the partner medical practice network at the time of booking.

OMC Health consultations are conducted in real time with an AHPRA-registered doctor, using video or phone. They are not completed through a written questionnaire or text-only assessment. You can request your preferred consultation method when booking, but the doctor may choose the option that is clinically appropriate.

You can independently verify a doctor's registration through the public AHPRA Register of Practitioners. Search using the doctor's name or AHPRA registration number to check their current registration status and professional details.

If the doctor decides a medical certificate is not clinically appropriate, you will not be charged for an approved certificate outcome. OMC Health provides a full automatic refund and a clear explanation of the decision. You can also choose to seek an assessment from another doctor.
